Self-Care & Wellness Workshops

These discussion-based workshops are intended for individual organizations or smaller events. We shape all of our workshops around our audiences so they get the most out of the material. Each workshop includes hands on activities and creative visuals meant to enhance self-awareness. Currently, our workshops revolve around the following topics: Wellness Goals, Healthy Boundaries, Burnout Prevention, and Stress Reducing Techniques; however, if you have a wellness related topic you'd like for us to cover outside of this list, we are able to work directly with you to develop a one-of-a-kind workshop.
