This is a collaborative workshop between Mental Health in Motion and Cirqulation that uses simple exercises to promote dialogue as we explore themes related to empowerment such as empathy, strength, trust, and self-care. Throughout the workshop, participants will be invited to explore kinesthetic experiences and spatial relationships through dance, partner balancing, weight-sharing, group exercises, and guided improvisation. No previous formal training in dance/movement required.
